本論文在研究製程失效屬韋柏分配下之經濟管制圖,在探討個別值移動平均管制圖之經濟設計與基因演算法的世代演算下的損失成本與製程時間,當經濟管制圖所提出的當樣本大小(n)、抽樣間隔(h)、管制界限(L)之參數的改變,對於所探討的目標,是否有相對的影響,這是此論文所要探討的問題,並利用此方法,探討目標最佳化的結果。模擬的結果,可以得知在gen世代=500、Pc交配率=0.5、Pm突變率=0.08、R處罰函數=4下,得到的損失成本與製程時間兩個目標函數的解是比較好的。而多目標的特性就是希望能夠滿足不同條件下,將有不同的方案可以提供決策者做決策,所以想要損失成本低還是製程時間低,或者是在二者中間取得一個平衡點,這都是需依當時的決策來做判斷。
This paper considers an economic design of control charts with a weibull distributed process failure mechanism,the loss of cost and process time in genetic algorithms of economic design of moving average control charts,when the sample size (n)、sampling intervals (h)、and control limit width (L) parameters of economic control chart change,investigates its effect on the objective function, using this method to investigate the result of objective maximization. From simulation results,when Generations=500、crossover rate=0.5、Mutation rate=0.08、Pareto-optimal front=4,the solution of objective function of lost cost and the process time is better。 The characteristics of multi-objective are to satisfied different conditions, providing the decision-makers to make decisions for different plans, therefore, to balance the options between loss low-cost or low process time, need to determine based on the decision-making at that time.
