布拉格反射鏡膜厚改變對光子帶隙的影響

摘要

本篇論文主要是利用數值分析方式，研究改變布拉格反射鏡(DBR)的膜厚，來觀察光子帶隙的變化，藉以提昇出光效率的可行性。由標準膜厚d=λ/4n 為基礎，建置增加1.5%、3%、4.5% 等厚度不同的DBR模型，以平波法展開法及轉移矩陣法，分析DBR的光子帶隙變化及反射率的增益效果，進而取得最佳的DBR設計。

In this research, numerical analysis method has been used to study the changing of photonic band gap and whether can increase the light extraction efficiency by changing the thickness of DBR. To analyze the changing and reflection efficiency of band gap of DBR by using film thickness d = λ/4n as standard, further increased DBR thickness by 6%, 8%, 10%, etc., with plane wave expansion (PWE) and transfer matrix method. In addition, the best DBR design will be received.
