Nowadays Cognitive Radio Network has a very important position in communications. But somehow there are still several problems that need to be solved. One of them is scheduling for users. The development of many device like smart-phone, tablet… which require a huge bandwidth for all users want to access the channel to use service. For the Second users (not license users) using channel with the best effective but not affect the quality of service of Primary user (licensed user), so we need to schedule for all users. In this paper will introduce some way to make scheduling for Second user. Also I try to make method of Airtime fair scheduling, which is the one of the best way to make the fairness for all secondary users. The algorithm we will discuss in this paper is about the multi-user multi-channel. During this paper we will try to build the algorithm for single channel and multi-channel to see the different of throughput and fairness.
