摘要
中國大陸自1978年開放改革來持續高經濟成長率狀態，也帶動了金融服務的需求與發展，其中許多公司透過金融租賃率先於市場卡位，又以中租迪和為金融租賃業之牛耳，從2000年初即進入大陸金融市場，本研究則欲探討相關業者投資大陸市場之發展策略及可能發展限制等議題，整理幾個研究目的如下。
1.目前兩岸金融租賃產業之發展概況為何。
2.金融租賃相關業者面對大陸市場如何擬定最適競爭成長策略。
3.在擬定競爭成長策略時，相關業者的風險管理機制為何。
4.兩岸金融租賃產業的未來發展趨勢及可能投資發展困難為何。

藉由相關文獻資料分析及個案探討，本研究的重要結論如下：
1.就總體環境構面分析，金融租賃有其高度成長空間，但惟須相關政策環境搭配及教育大陸消費者租賃概念及運作模式。
2.金融租賃業者的競爭策略主要藉由複製經驗降低經營成本方式，另須有明確
定位以為創造差異化優勢。
3.目前兩岸金融租賃市場發展蓬勃且策略呈現多元化趨勢，惟須加強風險管理機制，以達永續經營獲利目的。

Abstract
Beginning with 1978, Mainland China started to reform and maintained a high economic growth rate, and led to the demand for financial services. Many companies took the lead through financial leasing affairs to enter the financial markets. Among the companies, Chailease Finance Co. of Taiwan had entered the Mainland China market from early 2000 and became the leader. The study is to investigate the related companies how to develop competitive strategies to invest in Mainland China, and what are the possible development restrictions? Some purposes of the research as follows.
1.What is the development circumstance of financial leasing industry of Cross-Straits Market?
2.How to develop the optimal competitive strategies when in the face of the financial leasing industry of Mainland China?
3.When making the competitive strategies, how the enterprises to set up the risk management mechanism?
4.What are the possible difficulties of the future development and what is the trend of Cross-Straits financial leasing industry?
By relevant literatures and analysis of case study, the important conclusions of the study are as follows:
1.From the general environmental analysis, the financial leasing market has high degree room to grow, but has to build up a proper policy environment and educate the consumers of leasing concept.
2.The competitive strategies of financial leasing industry are to reduce operating costs by copying successful experiences and should have a clear positioning to create differential advantage.
3.Now the Cross-Straits financial leasing market is booming and the strategies of enterprises are diversified. But it must to strengthen the risk management mechanism to achieve sustainable purposes.
