整合型散熱系統模擬分析

Numerical Analysis of A Combined Cooling System

摘要


本研究藉由數值模擬的方式分析包含鋁合金冷卻背板及鰭片之整合型散熱系統之散熱性能,並經由改變幾何模型以及不同操作條件,來探討此混合型散熱系統在不同參數組合下,對整個系統內的流場及溫度分布的影響。 而整合型模組的結果在相同條件下都比單一冷板或單一鰭片之結果來得好。當以相同冷板模型而改變鰭片模型進行分析時,結果顯示冷板所帶走熱量的比率將取決於上方鰭片所帶走的熱量。而當以相同的鰭片模型而改變冷板模型進行分析時,結果顯示上方鰭片所帶走熱量的比率將取決於下方冷板所帶走的熱量。

This research studies numerically the heat transfer and fluid dynamic phenomena of a combined system of a cold plate and a fin heat sink. The corresponding geometric parameters and operating conditions are investigated to understand the cooling effect of the combined system. The results show that the cold plate has generally better cooling performance than that of the fin heat sink under normal operating conditions. It is also found that the cold plate and the fin heat sink can be individually analyzed and the their results can be then combined together to obtain the result of the whole combined system without significant difference.
