本研究目的如下:一、探討桃園縣國民小學教師智慧資本之現況。二、分析桃園縣國民小學背景變項對教師智慧資本之影響。三、提出提升桃園縣國民小學教師智慧資本之建議。研究方法主要採用問卷調查法及訪談法蒐集研究資料,以九十六學年度服務於桃園縣公立國民小學之現任合格教師為母群體,採用隨機取樣計抽取70所學校,寄發問卷1200份,有效回收1042份,回收可用率86.83%。調查所得資料應用SPSS 12.0版進行統計分析,再依據問卷調查的結果編製訪談大綱進行訪談。 本研究結論歸納如下: 壹、桃園縣國民小學教師智慧資本之表現尚可,以「班級經營向度」表現得分最高。 貳、桃園縣國民小學背景變項對教師智慧資本表現在不同現任職務、年齡、教學年資、任教年段、學歷、學校所在地區有顯著差異,但不同性別、現職學校服務年資、學校規模無顯著差異。 叁、以擔任行政的教師、42 歲以上、服務年資16年以上、科任、研究所學歷、偏遠地區的教師在智慧資本的整體表現最好。 最後根據本研究發現提出數項建議,供教育行政機關、國民小學與未來研究者之參考。
The purposes of this research are: 1. exploring the status quo of intellectual capital of elementary school teachers of Taoyuan County; 2. analyzing elementary school of Taoyuan County background variables impact on intellectual capital of teachers; 3. proposing suggestions to elevate intellectual capital of elementary school teachers of Taoyuan County. Relevant statistics in the research is based on surveys and interview. The survey takes incumbent qualified teachers working in public elementary school in Taoyuan County in 2007 school year as population. 1200 questionnaires have been conducted randomly in 70 schools with 158 of them being invalid. This makes a participation of 86.33%. This research uses SPSS Ver. 12.01 to do statistical analysis on data of the survey. Then makes interview outline of issues which need further explore according to survey results. After processing and analyzing the data, this research generalizes conclusions as follows: First, the intellectual performances of elementary school teachers of Taoyuan County are average, and class administration capital performances get the highest point. Second, elementary school of Taoyuan County background variables have great impacts on intellectual capital performance of teachers on incumbent position, age, teaching seniority, teaching grade, educational background, while influence little on gender, teaching seniority of incumbent position, and school scale. Third, teachers who serving administration position, being over 42 years old, have teaching seniority over 16 years, being subject teachers, having master degree, teaching in remote districts have the best intellectual capital performances. Finally, the paper proposes several suggestions based on research results to educational administrative organizations, elementary school teachers, and further research.
