摘要


在鈦試劑的存在下,可以促進鈀錯合物直接活化2-丁烯-1,4-二醇結構中的碳-氧鍵。當利用2-胺酚類化合物和2-丁烯-1,4-二醇反應,在鈀化合物的催化下會進行位向選擇性的前後二次烯丙基化反應而得到3,4─二氫─2-乙烯基-2H─1,4─苯并口咢口井衍生物。

The direct activation of C-O bonds in 2-butene- 1,4-diol by palladium complexes has been accelerated by carrying out the reactions in the presence of a titanium reagent. Palladium-catalyzed regioselective tandem allylation of 2-aminophenols with 2-butene-1,4-diol leads to 3,4-dihydro-2-vinyl-2H-1,4-benzoxazines.
