摘要


本研究中,由各類苯甲醛化合物經由三個合成步驟得到diarylalkynes,再經由PdCl2/CrO3/H2O進行氧化反應,發現到在多個甲氧基取代的diarylalkynes,經由此氧化系統可得到相對高產率的diaryldiketones,然而較少或是沒有取代的diarylalkynes會得到較低產率甚至是微量的diaryldiketones。

In this study, the oxidation of diarylalkynes, which were prepared from benzaldehyde through three synthetic steps, with PdCl2/CrO3/H2O was described. We found the multiple-methoxy substituted diarylalkynes can be oxidized by the oxidation system to give corresponding diaryldike -tones (benzyls) in excellent yields. However the less or no substituted diarylalkynes gave diaryldiketones in low yield or in trace amount.
