牙醫門診總額制度下牙醫治療處置趨勢之演變

The Trend of Dental Service Under Dental Outpatient Global Budget System

摘要

台灣自1995 年3 月1 日起實施全民健康保險制度，並於1998 年7 月1 日實施牙醫門診總額制度。民眾可以獲得更便宜及更便利的醫療服務，再加上衛生單位、教育單位、以及牙醫界多年來口腔衛生推廣，衛生署國民健康局的資料顯示，民眾口腔衛生持續改善，齲齒指數下降，填補率提升。由於牙齒很多疾病都源自於齲齒，齲齒指數下降以及填補率提升將有助於根管治療率及拔牙率下降。
