本研究目的為探討專業人員評估治療效果的概念。本研究的研究對象為2個CBT團體,包括6位ADHD兒童及7位父親或母親、1個PMT團體,包括5位父親或母親,以及13位專業人員;研究工具為療效評估量表(Bloomquist & Braswell, 1990);研究過程中,將專業人員療效評估的討論過程錄音,謄寫為逐字稿,並採用紮根理論研究法進行資料的分析與解釋。研究結果顯示,專業人員療效評估時所使用的概念,可分為父母和兒童兩方面,父母的部分,包括1. 「促進孩子學習」:包含了「監控」、「協助」等概念;2. 「技巧熟稔度」:包括「問題解決技巧」、「概念正確性」、「使用行為改變技術」、「成功經驗」等概念。兒童部分則包括1. 「技巧熟稔度」:包含了「概念正確性」、「自動化」、「內化」、「成功經驗」等概念;2. 「將技巧類化到其他情境」:包含「學校表現」及「問題解決技巧」等概念;3. 「與他人互動」包括了「親子互動」、「人際互動」等概念。本研究發現,專業人員療效評估之概念,可提供有效的臨床應用,未來也可結合其他療效評估的量表工具,發展更多元的療效評估方法。
The purpose of this research is to explore what concepts the professionals used to evaluate treatment effectiveness. The objects contain 2 CBT groups, including 6 ADHD children and 7 fathers or mother, 1 PMT groups, including 5 fathers or mother, as well as 13 professionals; the tool is “Therapist Session by Session Monitoring of Intervention Progress” (Bloomquist & Braswell, 1990); in the study process, professionals record the discussion process, wrote out word by word, and apply grounded theory procedures and techniques to analyze and interpret the qualitative data. The findings showed that, the concepts professionals used to evaluate treatment effectiveness, may divide into the parent and the child two aspects. parents' part, including 1. “promote children’s learning” :has contained ”monitoring”, “give assisstance”, 2. “proficient at skills”: has contained ”problem solving skill”, “concept accuracy”, “use behavior modification skill”and “successful experience”. The child part includes 1. “proficient at skills”: has contained “concept accuracy”, “automatic process”, “internalization”, and “successful experience”; 2. “generalization to other condition”: has contained “school performance” and “problem solving skill”; 3. “interaction to others.”: has contained “parent-child interaction”, “interpersonal interaction”. Finally, the concepts will provide effective clinical application, and may also unify other evaluating tool to develop multi-method on treatment evaluation.
