乳癌病友在LINE群組的使用行為、社會支持及其生活品質之相關性研究

摘要


本研究的目的在於呈現乳癌病友在病友團體相關LINE群組的使用行為、分析與探討乳癌病友在即時通訊軟體LINE群組的社會支持及其對其個人生活品質之影響。本研究採量化研究,以中部地區某醫院乳癌病友團體與某乳癌病友協會,以及南部地區某醫學中心附設乳癌病友團體之成員為主要研究對象,共收回82份有效問卷。研究結果發現:(1)乳癌病友中,年齡層較高者有較佳之整體生活品質。(2)信仰「民間信仰」者相較於信仰其他宗教者有較佳之生理生活品質。(3)無定期回診追蹤者之心理生活品質與環境生活品質皆優於有定期回診追蹤者。(3)加入LINE群組數量為3個者,相較於加入群組數量更少或更多者有較佳之環境生活品質。(4)在乳癌病友團體LINE群組當中每2~3天閱讀訊息1次者有較佳之整體生活品質與心理生活品質。(5)在乳癌病友團體LINE群組當中每天傳遞訊息20次以上者有較佳之整體生活品質、生理生活品質與心理生活品質。(6)在乳癌病友團體LINE群組當中每次使用時間長度為30分鐘以上者有較佳之心理生活品質。(7)乳癌病友的社會支持與生活品質程度並無顯著相關性。 本研究有助於了解乳癌病友於LINE之使用行為、社會支持、生活品質之關聯,研究結果希望能對未來相關專業人員在運用即時通訊軟體LINE協助癌症病友的方法上提出建議。

The purpose of this study is to show the using behavior among members in breast cancer LINE group, to analyze the influence of social support that breast cancer patients feel in breast cancer LINE group on their personal quality of life. The study is designed as a quantitative study. Participants are selected from an affiliated breast cancer support group of a hospital, a breast cancer association in central Taiwan, and an affiliated breast cancer support group of a medical center in southern Taiwan, with 82 valid questionnaires. Result showing: (1) Among the breast cancer patients, those who are elder have better overall quality of life. (2) People believe in folk beliefs have better physical quality of life compared to people of other religions. (3) People who do not follow up at the clinic regularly possess better psychological and environmental quality of life compared to people who do follow up at the clinic regularly. (4) People who read the messages once every two or three days in breast cancer LINE groups have better overall quality of life and psychological quality of life compared to others. (5) People who send messages for at least 20 times in a day in breast cancer LINE groups have better overall quality of life, physical and psychological quality of life compared to others. (6) People who spend at least 30 minutes every time using breast cancer LINE groups have better psychological quality of life compared to others. (7) The social support and the quality of life among breast cancer patients are not statistically related. The study is helpful for understanding the relationship of the using behavior in breast cancer LINE group, social support, and quality of life among breast cancer patients. The results of this study can pose as a reference for professionals in working with cancer patients with instant messenger LINE.
