探討E-learning在醫療領域之研究趨勢-以系統性文獻回顧法

資訊科技的快速發展對人類的生活帶來了極大的改變，電腦以及網際網路的誕生讓資訊的流動更加的便利，也讓教學的方式有了很大的變化。透過電腦以及網際網路的輔助，教學除了跳脫時間與空間的限制，讓終身學習與行動學習不再只是夢想外，更讓個人化的學習得以實現。伴隨著E-learning的發展，相關的研究也如雨後春筍般地冒出，但研究多侷限在教學方法、使用成效或是系統的建置上，鮮少有人對於E-learning的研究進行系統性文獻回顧來進行研究趨勢的相關討論。因此，本研究希望透過系統性文獻回顧來觀察近五年(2010年至2014年)E-learning在醫療方面相關研究的研究趨勢。本研究透過Pubmed搜尋引擎，以“ E-learning”作為關鍵字，搜索2010年至2014年的期刊文章，依照文章的出版年份以及文章內容進行分類，就分類的結果進行探討。從分類的結果發現，近五年(2010年至2014年)E-learning相關研究的數量有增加的趨勢，且研究多半集中在Motivation分類下的Behavioral change這個子類別中，顯示近五年(2010年至2014年)來在醫療領域上的E-learning相關研究主要還是集中在使用成效的方面。

The rapid development of information technology has a great influence on human’s life. The creation of the computers and the Internet makes the conveyance of the information easier. It also has a great impact on the teaching methods. Via computers and the assistance of the Internet, teaching overcomes the limit of time and space. It makes lifelong learning and active learning no more a dream and makes self-studying come true. With the development of E-learning, the related researches have been done. However, the researches were limited in teaching methodologies, their impacts or the establishment of the system. There are few people researching on the E-learning to carry out systematic review for conducting the related discussion of the research trends. Therefore, this research, via systematic review, hopes to observe the research trend of E-learning on medical studies in recent five years. (2010-2014) This study used the search engine named Pubmed to do the study. By using "E-learning" as a key word to explore the articles published from 2010 to 2014. We classified the publish year and the content of the articles. Thus, we discussed the result. We can see from the result saying the number of related research has increased in recent five years (2010-2014). What’s more, the researches most focused on behavioral change. In this category, it shows the related research mainly focus on the aspects of utility efficiency in the medical area.
