摘要


雙硫鍵為胺基酸結合的基本架構,具有穩定蛋白質結構的功能且與酵素的生物作用息息相關,其衍生物對於抗菌與抑制特定癌細胞有良好的作用。 本篇論文提出一個新型的合成方法,以thiobenzamides和氧化試劑DDQ在dichloromethane中,經由分子間耦合反應來合成雙硫二聚體Bis(phenylidenebenzeneamine)-1-Disulfide,其產率良好。

Disulfide bonds for the combination of the basic structure of amino acids, protein structure and function of a stable and closely linked with the enzyme's biological role, they contain antibacterial and anti-tumor activity. In this thesis, we report a new method to synthesize bis (phenylidenebenzeneamine) -1 –disulfide by the intermolecular coupling reactions of thiobenzamides with DDQ in dichloromethane, the yields of good.
