懸吊式訓練對羽球選手敏捷度與跳躍力的影響

Effect of Slings Exercise on Agility and Jumping Performance in Badminton Players

摘要


本研究目的:利用懸吊設備當作核心訓練,在不額外增加羽球選手的訓練時間量的情況下,將對其國、高中女子羽球選手的敏捷度與跳躍力及核心穩定的影響。本研究以高雄市楠梓區國、高中,女子羽球隊為本次研究對象,以隨機分配方式均分為實驗組12位與控制組13位。全部參與者在研究期間每天接受原本羽球專項訓練外,實驗組利用羽球專項訓練時間其中的40分鐘接受懸吊式訓練,每週兩次,為期八週的懸吊式訓練,全部參與者於訓練前後,接受羽球場上的敏捷度、跳躍力與運動後核心穩定(double-leg-lowering test DLLT) 測試。本研究以單因子共變量變異數分析(ANCOVA)進行統計分析,敏捷度、跳躍力與核心穩定之情形,以成對樣本t考驗,計算兩組前後測結果之改變,顯著水準定為p < .05 。研究結果:實驗組敏捷能力平均進步0.47±0.89秒,控制組則退步0.66±0.94秒,實驗組跳躍能力平均進步2.77±2.95公分,控制組則平均退步0.76±1.70公分。在敏捷度與跳躍力上,實驗組均優於控制組,並達顯著差異(p<.05)。實施八週的懸吊式訓練後,在核心穩定測試,實驗組的進步趨勢也優於控制組,但兩組間並未達顯著。結論:懸吊式訓練對羽球選手敏捷度與跳躍力有提升的效果,核心穩定兩組都有增加,八週後無明顯差異。

Purpose: Examination of the effects of suspension core training on agility, jumping ability and core stability in junior/senior high school students who are also female badminton players, without increasing training hours. In this study, junior and senior high school female students of the badminton team in Kuo-Chang Junior High School in Nanzih District Kaohsiung were selected as the subjects and randomly assigned to the study group (n=12) and control group (n=13). All participants received basic badminton training during the course of the study and the study group was given 40 minutes of suspension training during the basic training hours twice a week for 8 weeks. All participants were subjected to agility, jumping ability and double-leg-lowering test (DLLT) before and after the training. One-way ANCOVA was conducted for analysis of agility and jumping ability, and paired-samples t-testing was performed for calculation of the changes in the two groups before and after the training; the level of significance was set at p<.05 second. Results: the agility of the study group showed an improvement of 0.47±0.89 seconds on average, but the number was reduced to 0.66±0.94 seconds in the control group; the jumping ability of the study group improved an average of 2.77±2.95 cm while the control group demonstrated an average declination of 0.76±1.70 cm. From the results, the study group demonstrated better improvements in both agility and jumping ability than the control group and the difference is significant (p<.05). Moreover, the study group also demonstrated better improvement in the core stability test after 8 weeks of suspension training, though the results of both groups were not significantly different.
