本研究主要的目的是在華人關係主義下,探討任務衝突所引發的關係衝突,在人際交往中「工具交換」與「情感交流」對關係衝突、人際信任與人際關係與合作滿意度的影響。 本研究採用故事情境法(scenario)之實驗設計,採用2(工具交換:有工具交換 VS 沒工具交換)×2(情感交流:有情感交流 VS 沒情感交流)二因子獨立樣本設計,以南部某三間大學且有合作報告經驗的221位學生為對象。本研究發現:(1)情感性交流能有效提升人際關係、人際信任與降低關係衝突,且效果大於工具性交換。(2)工具性交換對人際信任之影響受到情感性交流之調節,在有情感交流的情況下,工具交換效果不顯著;在沒有情感交流情形下,工具交換的給予就顯得相當的重要了。(3)人際關係、人際信任與關係衝突對工具性交換與情感性交流和合作滿意度有完全中介效果。 本研究亦根據上述之研究結果,提出進一步的討論與建議,俾供從事相關研究及實務工作者之參考。
This study provides empirical evidence for affect-exchange and instrumental-exchange effect interpersonal relationship, interpersonal trust, relationship conflict and cooperation satisfaction. Using a scenario approach and a 2*2 between-subject design, the extent to which the two variables (affect-exchange, instrumental-exchange) Results revealed affect-exchange significant rise interpersonal relationship, interpersonal trust and descend relationship conflict better than instrumental-exchange. Significant two-way interaction effects indicate that It have affect-exchange, instrumental-exchange didn’t have significant effect; It doesn’t have affect-exchange, instrumental-exchange have significant effect. Significant entire mediating effect indicate that interpersonal relationship, interpersonal trust and relationship conflict mediat instrumental-exchange and affect-exchange effect to co-operation satisfaction. Implications for future research and practice in the Chinese context and discussed.
