南投縣推動社區藥事共同照護之研究

本研究之目的，主要調查南投縣推動社區藥事照護服務，用藥政策病患滿意度調查研究。問卷調查對象係依據台中榮民總醫院釋出慢性病連續處方箋，經十二家合作之健保特約藥局，依規定填製藥歷檔之病人。研究階段，總計收案管理慢性病患者769人，計成功訪視到674位病人，回收率87.64%。研究結果發現，對釋出慢性病連續處方箋至社區健保藥局調劑之政策，有85%以上受訪者支持。滿意度與曾接受藥事服務之次數呈正相關。社區健保藥局提供藥事服務時間，及交付與台中榮總完全一樣的處方用藥，都有90%以上的病人表示滿意。研究結果也顯示，提供社區藥事照護服務，對慢性病人的安全用藥、領藥方便性、疾病控制情形及藥物治療均有正面的評價。

Abstract
The main purpose of this study is to investigate the enforcement of promoting community pharmaceutical care and the patients’ contentment towards the pharmaceutical policy in Nantou county. The respondents should be the patients who take chronic illness prescription slip released by Taichung Veterans General Hospital and recorded on the medicine history by the 12 National Health Insurance contracted pharmacies. During research period the total amount of the registered patients on management is 769, successfully visiting 674 patients and the return rate is 87.64%. According to the study results, there are above 85% respondents supporting the policy of releasing the chronic illness prescription slip to community pharmacy. The contentment is positively related to the frequency of receiving pharmaceutical care. There are over 90% patients satisfied with the service time provided by community pharmacy and giving the same prescription drugs with Taichung Veterans General Hospital. The study also shows providing community pharmaceutical care, the drug use safety, the convenience of drugs acquisition, the control of disease and the medical cure are all highly appreciated.
