近年來,高價碘化合物在氧化反應上的應用受到注意,其具有低毒性可取代有毒重金屬氧化劑而被廣泛應用,且反應條件溫合、容易處理。其中以 [Hydroxyl(tosyloxy)iodo]benzene (HTIB), phenyliodine(III) diacetate (PIDA)、phenyliodine(III) bis(trifluoroacetate) (PIFA)等最常被使用在合成化學。 本研究計劃利用化學量高價碘試劑 (PIFA) 合成benzofurans以及催化量高價碘試劑(HTIB)合成imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines 及 a-azidoketones。 此合成法簡單、易操作,它的優點符合環保的概念且有良好的產率。
Recently, utilization of hypervalent iodine compounds in oxidative reactions has received great attention for their low toxicity compared with heavy metal oxidants, mild reaction conditions, special reactivity, and easy handling. In continuation of our efforts to develop greener organic reaction procedures, we report stoichiometric and catalytic oxidations with hypervalent iodine(III) reagent to prepare benzofurans, imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines and a-azidoketones. The method is simple, rapid and practical, the most valuable is benign to environment and generating target compounds in good yields.
