姿勢變換對良導絡導電度與心率變異度關係之探討

摘要


姿勢變化會改變交感和副交感間活動的關係,又研究發現皮膚電性活動(electrodermal activity)與當人體在受到外界刺激引起交感神經活動導致汗腺分泌有密切關連。因此,本研究的目的是探討姿勢變化對良導絡與心率變異性(heart rate variability, HRV)變化之相關關係。 總共20名健康自願之男性,隨機執行對照試驗1、對照試驗2、良導絡和HRV四種試驗,每位受試者必須完成四種試驗,每種試驗分為前期紀錄、後期紀錄。 結果完成20位受試者的研究,其中排除3位數值偏離者,分析17位受試者的資料。ME12(左側胃經)的良導絡值與HRV的 LF%值在回歸上有相關。良導絡ME12與HRV 在坐姿與臥姿的變化下與HRV的LF值變化量有顯著關係。良導絡ME12與HRV的HF值,在坐姿與臥姿的變化量上有迴歸上的相關性。 結論是姿勢變化對左側胃經(ME12)與交感和副交感神經活動間呈現相關,但其理由為何需再進一步的探討。

Postural change, will change the relationship between sympathetic and parasympathetic activities. The study also found that skin electrical activity (electrodermal activity) change when body receives external stimulation induces sympathetic activity resulting in the secretion of sweat glands. Therefore, the present study was to investigate the relationship between Ryodoraku conductivity and heart rate variability (HRV) during postural changes A total of 20 healthy volunteers of the male, a randomized divided into: four sessions of control 1 session, control 2 session, Ryodoraku session and HRV session. Each subject needed complete mention-above four sessions. Each session divided into preceding stage recording and late stage recording. Results 20 subjects completed the study, and which excluded three subjects due to the data deviated to normal scope. In the ME12 (left stomach meridian), the change value of Ryodoraku had the relationship to the change value of LF%, LF and HF components of HRV. There were the correlated regression between them. In conclusion, the ME12 correlated to sympathetic and parasympathetic activities during the posture change, but the mechanism needs further study.
