摘要

本創作報告記錄2015國立臺北藝術大學戲劇學院春季公演《六個尋找作者的劇中人》中三個角色的創作過程，分別是母親、舞監以及巴其夫人。
先以認識劇作家皮蘭德婁及分析原劇作開始，再認識美國以及香港兩地的改編版本，帶出此次春季公演的改編，爾後則正式進入角色的文本分析以及表演策略，並記錄排練與演出的歷程與心得。
