運用影像分析實現電腦音樂創作之研究

摘要


藝術的創作活動是人類與其他動物在行為上一個很大的分別,而繪畫以及音 樂的創作更是人類文明史當中擁有悠久傳承脈絡可循的文化活動,當這兩種傳統 上訴諸不同感知系統的創作活動經過數十個世紀的文化累積與歷史的洗禮精煉 之後,數位革命的時代來臨也造成了兩者另一次極大的衝擊,不論是媒材上的轉 變或是創作手法、審美角度,都有了新的思維模式。基於數位化的特性,如今人 們可以更快速、便捷的處理各種不同的創作形式,並彼此轉化、切換,衍生出了 各種統稱為「多媒體」的形式與手法。 康丁斯基(Kandinsky)在其著作《點線面》(Punkt and Linie zu Flache)之中也曾 提到關於繪畫的音樂性此一主題,並認為色彩有其對應的音高,然而在一般情況 下,這類的共感知體驗的全憑個人經驗與背景[1],在這裡我們試圖建立一個可靠 的規則,遵循人類的視覺心理學,並依據電腦分析影像的強大能力來加以整理、 分門別類,進而根據各種演算法的需要,抽取出合適的函數以及可供利用的參數 來傳遞給發展趨於成熟的演算式作曲技術,加以推導出符合樂理規則的樂音。進 一步透過作曲方式及系統的自我調適錯誤學習能力來演進,達成更高品質樂音的 創作目標。

Art creating makes human beings different from other lives.The creations of painting and music are cultural activities with thoughts historically in the human civilization. Digital revolution brought huge impact on the art form of those both creations with new thinking model about media transferring, creating methods and aesthetic angle, especially on traditional perceptions for painting and music with several dozen era of century culture accumulate. Based on the characteristic of digit, human can deal with various forms of art and creating thoughts, therefore the term of 'the multimedia' comes from the process of easily transforming and switch over each other. Kandinsky mentioned the issue about musical genius of painting in his famous writing, "Punkt and Linie zu Flache",and he thought color is corresponded its pitch. However in general, this kind of cognitive experience relies on personal background. Hence, we attempt to build a reliable rule that followed visual psychology to collect out suitable function and parameter suitable for utilizing to transmit the technology of for the formula which become more and more ripe of development to compose music and develop the musical sound with regular music theory to derive out by making categories with the strong ability of the analysis image of the computer and the needs for different algorithm The ability of self-modified of the system and composing method makes us go further to achieve the goal of music creating.
