摘要


劉岠渭教授曾說過:「喜歡布拉姆斯有兩種人,一種是有問題,另外一種是他騙你。」那您呢? 本書面報告分為四章。第一章為布拉姆斯之生平;第二章扼要概論布拉姆斯交響曲及第四號交響曲的重要特徵、創作歷程;第三章「布拉姆斯第四號交響曲第四樂章樂曲分析」,透過譜例圖示說明布拉姆斯如何運用主題後寫作夏康舞曲形式之第四樂章;第四章「布拉姆斯第四號交響曲第四樂章指揮詮釋」,筆者透過樂團排練的過程與經驗,將其依拍號、速度記號、力度記號、表情記號等之詮釋進行探討;後為「結語」。

J. Brahms Symphony No.4 op.98 the fourth movement, Allegro energico e passsionato, is the gravitational center of the Symphony and at the same time the most unusual symphonic movement Brahms has ever composed. It is written in a form of Chaconne, which is a set of variations over a repeating short bass theme, or basso ostinato. Very popular in the Baroque period, this form was hardly ever used since the times of Mozart and Haydn. Rather unique in the Romantic era, Brahms’ use of Chaconne preempts the resurrection of Baroque forms in the 20 century. Dramatic and peaceful, sublime and intimate, the grand Final is a crowning achievement of Brahms’ symphonic writing.
