國立台北藝術大學展演藝術中心是台灣專業大學劇場之代表,其經營管理可由不同層面探討之,如教學設施或藝文中心的角色等使用方式及功能面,或是透過促進表演藝術產業發展的觀點切入,本研究藉由個案研究之途徑,採用全面性的厚實描述的方式,首先歸納出大學劇場經營管理的方式與特色,結合不同組織特性的國外案例,相互比較分析不同的經營管理模式與營運特色,以了解大學劇場經營管理上的特質,並於結論中對個案-國立台北藝術大學的展演藝術中心,提出大學劇場經營管理之建議。本研究提出以下三點結論:一、組織架構影響經營管理類型,二、演出節目經營方式影響其模式,三、行銷宣傳影響經營管理成效;而對於主要個案-國立台北藝術大學展演藝術中心,本研究建議以成為「大台北都會區重要的北區表演藝術中心」為定位,並於其經營管理上提出以下幾點建議:一、宗旨目標及角色定位的確立,二、加強社區互動,促進文化觀光,三、加強觀眾發展策略,四、加強行銷宣傳,重視網路運用。
The T.N.U.A. Performing Arts Center is a representative of professional college theatre. We can discuss its management from different perspectives, such as teaching facilities, the role of the performing arts center, or from the viewpoint of how to improve the performing arts industry. This research summarizes the mode and the feature of management of college theatre. In this study, the author combines some foreign cases which have different features of organization, so we can realize the characteristics in the management of college theatre. At the end of the study, by analyzing and comparing with these cases, the author proposes some suggestions to the Performing Arts Center of T.N.U.A.. 1.The structure of the organization affects the way of management of college theatre. 2.The mode of management of college theatre is influenced by the programs. 3.The operation is affected by marketing strategies. The author of this research proposes another three suggestions for the Performing Arts Center of T.N.U.A.: 1.To establish the objectives and purposes. 2.To reinforce the interaction with the community and develop cultural tourism. 3.To strengthen the strategy of the audience development. 4.To increase the promotion and marketing strategies and make good use of the Internet.
