本創作報告紀錄為我在2014年12月至2015年三月期間的導演創作歷程,書寫主題為2015年台北藝術大學春季公演《六個尋找作者的劇中人》,演出根據1921年義大利劇作家皮蘭德婁(Luigi Pirandello)的原著劇本英文本進行翻譯,保留原劇骨架並進行適度改編,試圖尋求與劇作家及現代觀眾溝通的可能。 本演出為本人在台北藝術大學劇場藝術創作研究所導演組的畢業製作,創作報告收錄了本階段對劇場的困惑及導演手法的嘗試。主要內容為(一)創作動機、(二)劇本分析、(三)創理哲學背景思維的爬梳、(四)導演工作過程對此劇本意義的思考及創作手法及(五)創作結果的反思。除了劇組對於「劇場的真實性」及「哲學真實性」之辯證、與創作團隊工作的實驗歷程,文中並收錄排演及演出相關之紀錄,以針對本此演出所做的「鏡像交換」詮釋手法,作一完整的書面紀錄及報告。
This thesis is a record of my creation process of Six Characters in Search of an Author, firstly performed at the Experimental Theatre of Taipei National University of the Arts in March, 2015. The theatre play was traslated from the English version of Luigi Pirandello’s work Sei personaggi in cerca d'autore written in 1921 and was modestly adapted, seeking for the communication the modern audience and the original ideas of the playwright. As my honors project of the graduate institute of Theatre Performance and Playwriting School of Theatre Arts Taipei National University of the Arts, this essay follows as (1)the motivation of this creation, (2)the script analysis of Six Characters in Search of an Author, (3)the interpretation of the philosophical context and background analysis of the playwright,(4)the thinking approach and course of directing and (5)my self-reflection and report on the presentation of the art work. In addtion to our team’s dialectical thinking process of the "theatre of authenticity" and "philosophy of authenticity", the essay contains records in our rehearsal period, trying to make a full review and reprot of our experimental idea of the "mirror exchange" in this work.
