摘要
身體的記憶是經驗和情感的累積，經常地我們就從這些身體的記憶中去重新喚起我們曾經經歷或是渴望擁有的經驗。 「身體感受」不只是對外部產生了觸覺、痛覺等感知的經驗，也包含了身體在產生這些知覺的行為時從內部產生的迴路。換句話說「身體感」不只是來自身體過去自身經驗的累積，他也引領我們的感知運作，對於未來的情境做出投射與行動。 我試圖製造一個強烈感覺的景象，讓這些畫面快速連結到觀者和被攝者身體的經驗和回憶中，讓視覺神經和其他身體的感覺彼此連結、互相影響，讓這些表淺的視覺身體感不只是經驗的連結更是感情的產生來源。 本文共分三章，第一章從自身如何透過自我的身體感來確立身體的存在感，試著說明透過觸覺和痛覺所帶來的感受去啟動感覺神經，第二章節談的是媒體的出現迫使身體逐漸變成無感身體，我又如何將身體感重新的喚回，第三章則從創作論述來闡述在作品中精神力如何重新牽動自己的身體，在一種無能為力但卻必須堅持下去的挫敗感中產生奇妙的狀態。 藉由行為讓知覺神經重新連結，並專注於製造一些真實的假象，所有的事件都是真實發生，但這些熟悉感並不來自曾經經歷事件本身，而是那些微小的衝擊性在細微的溝縫中去牽引從沒回憶起的經驗。

Physical memory is the accumulation of experiences and emotions，We often from these bodies to wake the memory of experience we have or desire to have。 "Body feelings" is not only produced a sense of external, also includes the body in producing the behavior of those perceptions from the loop。In other words, "physical sense " not just from the accumulated experience of the body's own past. This article is divided into three chapters, the first chapter from my own sense of how my body to establish the physical presence. Try to explain through touch and feel the pain brought about by the sensory nerve to start. The second chapter is about the media what how to forcing the body gradually becomes no feeling. How do I reclaim the body sense . The third chapter is to illustrate how the work affects their own bodies. In a powerless but must continue to produce wonderful state of frustration.
