企業社會責任在學術界到目前為止還沒有一個專門獨立的科學學派,因此它的文獻具備了跨學科、跨領域及多構面等的複雜性。本研究從WOS資料庫內以企業社責任為關鍵字搜尋到669篇文獻,並以作者自定關鍵字詞頻及摘要詞頻等兩類,以自組織映射圖為分析工具進行聚類分析,針對各聚類特徵及組成元件關聯性強弱詳加描述。研究結果關鍵字詞頻分為8類,分別定義為:經理人對企業社會責任影響、環境保護、策略運用、商業道德、執行力、發展和持續經營、股東利益、企業社會責任;另外摘要詞頻分為3類,分別定義為:公司治理、組織模式與商業行為、商業倫理和公司經營。這些研究對於進入企業社會責任領域新的研究者,或業界有意從事企業社會責任之關係人,期能藉由這篇論文協助其迅速找到適合自己研究的領域知識及研究方向。
Up to the present, there is still no independent and specific science field for corporate social responsibility (CSR), and therefore these literatures were complicated for cross-discipline, cross-field and multi-dimensional characteristics. This research found out 669 literatures from the WOS database based on the keywords of CSR. Through SOM, cluster analysis was conducted by the author-determined keywords term frequency and abstract term frequency (TF), this research made detailed description according to cluster characteristics and level of association among components. The results showed eight categories of keywords TF of: influence of managers on CSR, environmental protection, strategic adoption, business ethics, execution competence, development and ongoing operation, stockholders’ interest and CSR. As for the three types of abstract term frequency were: corporate governance, organizational model and business behavior, and business ethics and corporation operation. This research was expecting to assist new researchers in the field of CSR or related partied in the industry to determine their research field and directions.
