近年來隨著全球經濟的成長,金磚四國的帶動下,全球用油量劇增,帶動油價的上漲幅度,連帶使得用油量龐大的航空公司在經營上面臨嚴峻之挑戰,造成航空公司燃油成本之大幅上升,甚至有某些航空貨運公司佔其總成本達50%~60%之譜。據此,若航空公司能有效利用有限的航機資源,於現有營運環境下,建構一最適的航線營運架構,實為航空公司現階段及未來營運上相當重要的一個課題。 因此,本研究擬利用數學規劃方法及系統最佳化的觀念,針對航空公司面臨燃油價格之變化,考量相關之營運限制以發展一航線營運模式,俾利於航空公司進行航線規劃及機型配置之選擇。本研究擬透過實驗設計進行模式測試分析,並採用數學規劃軟體來進行模式求解,而於實證研究與敏感度分析方面,本研究針對國內某一國籍航空公司為例進行測試與分析,期能裨益於相關業者考量油價因素下於航線機型配置營運之參考。
In recent years, along with global economics’ growth and the BRIC’s development, the use of the oil increase sharply in the whole world and let the fuel price rise. It causes not only the Airline in which operation faced with the stern challenge but also the fuel cost large rise, even in its total cost 50%~60%. According to the above, if the Airline under the existing environment can use the limited airliner resources effectively, a suitable air route construction becomes a quite important topic in present and in the future. Therefore, in this research plans to use the mathematical programming and the system optimization method to in view of the change of the Airline faced with the fuel price and the relating operational limit. Then we develop a model for airline to aircraft type allocation. According to the experimental design to test and analyze, uses the mathematical programming software to solve. But in the empirical study and the sensitivity analysis aspect, this research plans to select a nationality Airline to carry on the test and the analysis, hope it can benefit in related industry to aircraft type allocation in air routes.
