本研究在探討台南市各區公所領導者對工作績效推動的影響,同時瞭解現在的領導者的領導型態趨向。本研究採用問卷調查法,以台南市各區公所的成員為研究範圍,製作問卷分發給台南市37個區公所各個成員填寫,為避免造成不必要的困擾,採不記名作答。每個區公所20份,填寫完後送回後壁區公所,再將回收的問卷進行統計工作。 台南市37個區公所有寄回的共有34個區公所,單位回收率91.9%,34個區公所發放的680份問卷回收630份,問卷回收率92.6%,單位回收率和問卷回收率都在9成以上。 每個區公所取15份進行統計,並依據個人資料進行統計,以比較不同成員對不同議題的看法。本研究歸納結論如下: 1. 有7成以上覺得現在的主管的領導方式是民主式,大多數認為要提升工作績效主管的領導方式是民主式。 2. 在雙層面的領導方式中認為現在的主管多數是高倡導高關懷式。顯示適當的關懷對提升工作績效是絕對有幫助的。 3. 在工作裡有9成以上會遇到難解決的問題。顯示在區公所服務具有相當大的挑戰性。主管的領導方式影響在工作增加遇到難解決問題的機會多數認為偶爾會影響,尤其擔任主管者更高達8成以上。 4. 在現在的工作中,多數認為主管的領導方式會增加工作壓力,也會減少工作壓力。
This study investigated the impact of each district office in Tainan City, a leader in job performance to promote, and we understand now a leader in the trend.
