本研究以南部某科技大學職員為對象,並以影響工作績效關鍵因素為主要探討方向,在現今工商發達的時代,每個企業都在追求利潤與績效的同時,教育卻也是國家經濟發展中扮演著重要角色,教師是影響教育成敗的關鍵因素之一,但提升教師之教學成果與學校的行政效率,則有賴於學校的行政人員的力量,學校的行政成敗就關乎教育的成敗,可見學校行政人員之重要性存在,所以若要使學校行政力量能正常運作,則須仰賴幕後默默耕耘的行政人員,學校行政人員扮演著支援者、協助者和服務者的角色,而學校文化亦由行政人員處理學校內外事務的方式所累積、精鍊而成的信念,是學校表現優劣、學校革新是否具有可能性與成功與否的重要因素,所以行政人員就是學校的靈魂人物,不管是校內的一般行政業務、招生業務等等,都關乎該校的行政與招生效率,本研究冀由探討某科技大學影響個人工作績效,找出其影響之關鍵因素包含有哪些,進而發現其關鍵因素後,作為往後其他研究之參考依據。
This study focuses on the administrative staffs, and their work efficiency key factors in one southern technology school. While nowadays every company is seeking for profits and results, education can also play an important role under the national development. Teacher is one of the key factors influenced on the education; yet the promotion for teaching achievement and administrative efficiency lies on the strength of school administrative staffs. School administrative staffs are important because of the fact that the success or failure of school administration takes control of education. School administrative staffs play the roles of supporters, assistants, and service providers. And school culture is also the belief accumulated and refined by administration staffs dealt with inside and outside of school works, which are the important factors whether school can be successful on its performance and revolution. Administrative staffs therefore are the souls in school, whom are responsible for the efficiency of school administration and enrollment, such as regular administrative works, enrollment works, and so on. This study hopes to discuss the individual work efficiency effect in one technology school, and finds the key factors. The researcher compiles the key factors for further other study references.
