以科學管理方法提升製程長度量測精準度之研究

摘要


長度量測誤差也是品質異常之一,必須以科學方法,有系統的探尋造成失誤的原因。品質異常原因檢討,不外乎人員因素、機械因素、原料因素、方法因素、環境因素等5個M,考量實際情況,再加上量測與管理等二大因素。 本研究先瞭解抽線機、計數、工程改善3大主軸及其相關知識,進一步以要因分析圖,來解析出造成不良因素,運用工程改善七大工具,加以驗證本研究所提出之不良因素假設。 除機械設計不良外,其他均經證實正確無誤。最後,對機械設計不良之驗證步驟: 一、從瞭解機台開始 二、與其他機台之差異 三、計尺輪主從性之假設與探討 四、計尺輪的測試 本研究結果發現: 一、管理是科學,領導是藝術。 二、具備專才深度,兼備通才廣度。 三、滑差嚴重影響品質及精準度。 關鍵字:抽線機、長度量測、工程改善

Length measurement error is one of the quality anomalies, must be scientific method, it has caused the system to explore the cause of failure. Abnormal quality review, nothing more than 5“M” including man factor, mechanical factor, material factor, methods factor, and milieu factor, consider the actual situation, combined with two major factors— measurement and management . This study was to understand the drawing line, counter, industrial engineering three main shaft and its related knowledge, and analysis by cause and effect diagram, to resolve the adverse factors. The application of engineering to improve by the seven tools to verify adverse factors, proposed hypothesis in this study . Except for mechanical design, the other were proven correct. Finally, the mechanical verification steps of the poor design: 1、From the beginning to understand the machine. 2、The difference with the other machine. 3、The hypothetical and discussion from the wheel for counter. 4、Counter wheel test. The results of the study found that: 1、Management is a science, leadership is an art. 2、With the depth of expertise, breadth of both generalists. 3、Slip seriously affect the quality and accuracy.
