女性青年選擇志願役士兵暨儲備士官從軍決策行為之研究

摘要


摘 要 在兵役體制不斷改變的今日,「徵、募併行」已為當前之兵役政策,從92年實施志願役士兵招募至96年第6梯次,在許多徵兵屆齡男子排斥從軍下,然而女性士兵從95年第3梯次首次招募後,卻吸引眾多的報名人潮,因此本研究為瞭解女性士兵報考動機,以96年第6梯成功嶺受訓之女性入伍士兵為研究對象,探討女性青年志願投入軍中投考動機。 本研究經過問卷發放及整理後,實得有效問卷367份,回收率為90%。並透過因素與信度分析、複迴歸分析、變異數分析、徑路分析等方法來驗證本研究假設,結果發現工作價值觀及訊息來源皆會直接對組織承諾造成影響。工作價值觀與訊息來源皆會直接對投考動機造成影響。組織承諾會直接對投考動機造成影響。工作價值觀與訊息來源皆會透過組織承諾此一中介變項進而對投考動機造成影響。

Abstract Today unceasingly changes which in the military service system, “conscription system and mercenary system is implements in the meantime.” Already took the current military service policy, from 92 years implementation recruit volunteer service soldier to 96 years 6th in echelon, in much conscription and the man repels joins the army, however, the feminine soldier from 95 years, 3rd echelon after the first time recruits, and actually attracts the multitudinous registration human tide. To understand the feminine volunteers investment motivated candidates, this research from 96 year 6th Chengkungling training which the female enlists the soldier is the research object, discusses in the young feminine volunteers investment armed force to motivated candidates. After provide the questionnaire and arrange, actually obtains effectively questionnaire is 367, the returns-ratio is 90%. Through the factors analysis and reliability analysis, multiple regression analysis, ANOVA analysis, path analysis methods to validate the assumptions of this study, the results showed that as follows: The work values and the information sources will all directly to bring about affecting to the organization pledge. The work values and the information sources will all directly to bring about affecting to motivated candidates.Organizational commitment will directly to bring about affecting to motivated candidates. The work values and the information sources all through the organization commitment, this intermediary variable in turn affect the motivation of the candidates.
