Abstract This study focused on the research of the aspect of corporate culture to explore outsourcing management and outsourcing performance; in addition, this study was also to explore the interaction between outsourcing management and corporate culture on the outsourcing performance. This study resumed 426 valid questionnaires to the corporate executors, operating staffs and ooutsourcers of kings Group Company. It was found that (1) the outsourcing management had significant positively effect to the outsourcing performance (2) the corporate culture had significant positively effect to the outsourcing performance (3) the corporate culture had significant positively effect to the outsourcing performance (4) The corporate culture had moderating effect between outsourcing management and outsourcing performance. Finally, the findings of this study were hoped to provide references to a corporate in operating the outsourcing management.
