永續經營社區關懷據點之研究

摘要

本研究主要在探討地區推展社區照顧關懷據點之實踐情形，以實務工作者於社區服務之經驗和訪談紀錄，嘗試了解當前社政體系推展社區照顧關懷據點的現況，以第一線的服務執行者與民選基層的領導者的視野，探討領導者如何凝聚團隊與調配資源，在有限資源下兼顧志工團隊經營與社區關懷的在地照顧與社區安養，做為未來經營發展據點服務的省思與建議。

This research mainly explored the practical experiences of promoting community caring stations. With the interview of the practitioner’ service experiences to understand the current situation of community caring points under the social work system. Also, try to investigate how to cooperate teamwork and allocate the resources efficiently from the view of front-line performers and elected grassroots leaders. By extension, to take care of volunteers and local nursing homes with the limited resources and try to give reflections and further suggestions for future developments.
