護理人員跨科訓練之生活經驗

The Lived Experience of Nurses Receiving Cross-Training

摘要


本研究採現象學研究法,目的在瞭解護理人員接受跨科訓練之生活經驗。自民國九十五年一月至四月於南部某醫學中心,採滾雪球抽樣方式取樣,利用深度訪談及錄音機為輔助工具,真實地將十二位護理人員接受跨科訓練的生活經驗內容轉寫成文字稿,以Colaizzi分析法進行資料分析與歸納。研究結果發現護理人員跨科訓練之生活經驗包括四個主題:(一)欲拒還迎(二)入境隨俗(三)苦水肚裡吞(四)覺醒。其中欲拒還迎包括跳脫瓶頸的開始以及對未知的擔憂二個次子題;入境隨俗則涵蓋低調行事、維持表面和諧以及伺機學習三個次子題;苦水肚裡吞包括擔心他人評比與充滿焦慮的生活二個次子題;覺醒則涵括回到原點、大開眼界、通情達理、重新規劃生涯等四個次子題。研究結果呈現護理人員跨科訓練經驗是個辛苦的探索、是成長、是讓自己覺醒的文化適應歷程。提供護理主管正視護理人員接受跨科訓練的感受,並針對其感受與需求設計更符合本土化特色,且更具正面意義之跨科訓練內容。 關鍵詞:跨科訓練、生活經驗、現象學

The purpose of this study was to understand the lived experience of nurses receiving cross-training, by using the phenomenological methodology. The snowball sampling method was used recruit 12 participants from a medical center in Southern Taiwan during a 4-mounth period (01/2006 to 04/2006). All participants’indepth interviews were audiotape and transcribed. The texts were analyzed by Colaizzi's methodology. Four themes and eleven subthemes were identified. The first theme, “wants to resist also to welcome,”embraced two subthemes of “start to skip the bottleneck,”and “anxious about uncertain.”The second theme,“While in Rome, do as Romans do,”included three subthemes,“low key conduct,”“ maintain the surface harmony,”and“grasp the chance to learn.”The third theme,“Endure complaints by oneself,”included two subthemes,“worried other people's comparison”and “fills the anxious life.”The last theme,“Awakens”embraced four subthemes about “ returns to original start,”“to broaden the outlook,”“to be sensible,”“replans the profession.” In summary, the findings of the study present the nurses receiving cross-training lived experience like a cultural adaptation progress, it is a laborious exploration, growth, and lets oneself awaken. The result of the study will help nurse administers forces their concerns about nursing staff to accept the cross-training. And aims at the feeling and demand design conforms to the localization characteristic, also has the positive significance the cross-training content.
