文化因素對翻譯的影響：以《大黃蜂戰機》一書之中譯為例

摘要

一種語言即是一種文化，而一種文化，就有一群人正說著共同的語言，有著自己的生活形態，現今在世界上截至今天（03.18.2009）還有將近六千種的語言在使用著，無論如何，一些語言也正以驚人的速度在流失著。語言既是文化載體又是文化的組成部分，體現了一個民族的思維特點以及其對客觀世界的認識，而語言的形成也有其獨特的歷史文化背景，也就是說，一種語言消亡就等於失去了一種歷史和文化。也因此為了能達到跨越國境，完成文化複製傳承的重要使命，唯有透過翻譯一途，畢竟只有它是語言之間的載體，藉由它才能不斷地讓其文化，在其它的國度裡薪火傳承，所以由上述我們可以知道，文化跟翻譯的關係是息息相關，緊密結合的。既然知道文化翻譯的重要性後，譯者所扮演的角色更是其中的關鍵，因為各國之間的文化因素對翻譯的成果，絕對有其一定的影響，也因此筆者在本篇論文的第二章裡，將闡明文化與翻譯的關係，以及文化翻譯的原則。緊接著在第三及第四章節裡，也將由譯作來解說、論證。 最後，在浩瀚的文化翻譯論點中，筆者所提的見解不過是一滴涓流罷了，但我們應該要有深刻的理解，如果翻譯工作，僅只是透過對文字的對文化的轉向來進行詮釋翻譯的話，我想對於一位好的譯者而言是絕對不夠的，文化因素對翻譯的重要性，絕對不可忽視。

One language is a culture and one culture means a group of people using the same language to live their own life. Until today,（03.18.2009）there are almost 6 thousands languages using around the world. However, some of them are also losing by people at the astounding speed.
Language is a culture carrier and components. It reflects a national thinking characteristic and object world understanding. The way it shapes also has the unique
history culture background. In other words, one language perished equal to losing the kind of history and culture.
Therefore, in order to cross the boundary and carry out the important mission of reproducing culture, translation is the only to achieve them. After all, it is a carrier
among languages, so it can make other culture reproduce in the other country and continue its life. From the mentioned above, we can clearly understand the culture and
translation, which are close and tight with each other.
Now, we understand the importance of culture translation, so we can say the role of translator is a key to influence the result among those culture elements.
Therefore, I will clarify the connection between culture and translation and translation principle in the chapter 2. Then, in the chapter 3 and 4, I will take my translation to
explain and demonstrate.Finally, in the vast culture translation theories, my opinion is just like a drop of
water. But we should have a clear understanding that if translation only be done by literally meaning, I do believe it is not enough for a good translator. So, the importance of culture elements for translation can’t be over emphasized.
