台灣貨櫃航運業企業社會責任與組織績效之研究

摘要

近年來，由於企業社會責任逐漸受到重視，許多企業紛紛了解企業社會責任的重要性。本研究旨在探討貨櫃航運業者執行企業社會責任對於組織績效之影響關係。透過問卷調查收集資料後，共計回收101份有效問卷，本研究利用因素分析共萃取出三個貨櫃航運業的企業社會責任因素，分別為「環境責任」、「道德與法律責任」及「經濟責任」。本研究進一步利用結構方程模式分析貨櫃航運業的企業社會責任與組織績效的影響關係，結果發現「企業社會責任」與「組織績效」有顯著正向影響。最後，本研究依據結果提出管理上的意涵，提供交通部航港局與貨櫃航運業作為企業社會責任政策上之參考。

Recently, corporate social responsibility (CSR) gradually be taken seriously, many companies have recognized the importance of corporate social responsibility. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects of CSR on organizational performance in the context of container shipping. We conducted the survey through questionnaires and collected 101 valid responses. Based on factor analysis, there are three CSR dimensions identified, namely, environmental responsibility, ethic and law responsibility, and economic responsibility. A structural equation modeling (SEM) approach was employed to test the research hypotheses. The results show that CSR had a positive effect on organizational performance. Practical implications of the research findings on improving CSR strategies are discussed in this research.
