摘要

近年來，探討雙卡一直被重視的，如雙卡風暴、雙卡呆帳，但金融業對雙卡這一個版塊，還是很重視，隨著金融自由化、國際化之潮流演進，加上經濟環境變化快速，在市場需求刺激下，各種衍生性新興金融產品來（如信用卡、現金卡、小額信貸等等）不斷被創新推出商品，而各家銀行的消費金融業務也成為主要獲利來源之一，因此，本研究以各銀行所推出之商品來探討（現金卡及信用卡簡稱雙卡）對金融業帶來影響及效應如何？而更進一步研究雙卡成功的因素為何？基於上述的背景與研究動機，本研究的主要目的是找出金融業雙卡關鍵成功因素：利用文獻探討方式，找出文獻中有關雙卡之重大影響之因素。用實證分析各關鍵成功因素之影響權重：運用由文獻中所得到的重大影響之因素來建構本研究之架構，並依此發展問卷，針對金融業進行實證研究，運用分析層級程序法(analytic hierarchy process, AHP)求得各關鍵成功因素對金融業影響權重，以期對業者在進行資源分配時有所助益。最後提供金融業雙卡效應之建議，並針對後續研究者提供未來研究方向。

In the recent years, the banks place emphasis on those bad debts and the storm of default of credit card and cash card. The Banks want make profit and fit in with the demand of consumer’s financial service. There are a lot of financial instruments are created, such as small credit, credit card and cash card by the financial liberalization and internationalization. The consumer loans will still be the indispensable mainstream business to motivate future banking profit growth and service demands.We will discuss the effectiveness and affection of the credit card and cash card issued by the banks. The purpose of this research is to take a further discussion about the factors of the credit card and cash card and try to find out the important factors which is useful and successful by the Literature. After the real cases are analysed, ous study found out which key factors would affect the financial industrial by analytic hierarchy process method (AHP method). ous study wish this research can help the financial industrial to make decision and also provide the suggestions about the effectiveness of the credit card and cash card for researcher to make a further research in the future.
