探討領導型態對組織績效影響之研究-以組織文化為干擾變項

摘要


隨著組織日趨競爭的環境之下,組織的領導者在組織中扮演著非常重要的角色,在組織結構趨近於過度標準流程和類型愈來愈相近之下,領導者類型深深地影響組織的績效與未來動向,根據這些原因,故本研究將探討領導型態對於組織績效是否有重要影響,再者,使用組織文化作為此研究的干擾變項,探討組織文化是否對領導型態與組織績效是否具有干擾效果。 本研究以領導型態構面為自變數,以組織績效為依變數,組織文化為干擾變數,探討三者變數之間的關係,經運用迴歸分析及變異數分析等統計方法進行資料分析後,獲致研究結論如次:1.領導型態對組織績效有顯著正向影響;2.組織文化對領導型態有顯著正向影響;3.組織文化對組織績效有顯著正向影響;4.組織文化對領導型態與組織績效影響具有顯著干擾效果。 本研究方法主要採量化之問卷調查法進行,以台南市後備指揮部及其轄屬後備軍人輔導中心為抽樣調查對象,共發出300份問卷,回收300份,問卷回收率為100%。

Owing to organizations in competitive environment, organizational leaders play a very important role in the organization, under the organization structure getting close to Standard Operation Procedure, the type of leader deeply affected organization performance and future trends. Based on these reasons, this study will examine whether the leadership style for the organization performance have a significant impact, exploring the organizational culture wheather affect leadership style and organizational performance. This study explores the relationship among three variables: an leadership style facet as independent variables, organizational performance as the dependent variables and the organizational culture as moderator variables. The data collected were analyzed by methods of Regression and analysis of Variance.1. Leadership style has a significant positive impact on organizational performance;2. Organizational culture has a significant positive impact on leadership style; 3. Organizational culture has a significant positive impact on organizational performance; 4. Organizational culture to leadership style has a significant impact on organization performance with moderating effect. The research applied questionnaire survey to 225 employees of Tainan reserve command. Among 225 questionnaires returned, 225 were valid and the response rate was 100%.
