本研究欲探討外派人員跨文化適應的原因與結果。主要針對外派人員的「工作特性」、「個人特性」、「社會網絡之關係」、「支持」及「適應力」作深入分析探討,比較大陸與東南亞外派人員之研究。問卷發放對象以人力成本較高的棒球與棒球手套製造業之外派人員為研究對象。本研究共發出250份問卷,回收 197份問卷,扣除填寫不完整之無效問卷共5份,共得有效問卷192份,問卷回收率為76.8%。回收資料運用敘述性統計、因素分析、信度與效度分析、迴歸分析進行分析,結果如下: 1.不論是中國或是東南亞結論均相同,海外安排妥善程度對外派人員適應性有正向影響。 2.不論是中國或是東南亞結論均相同,個人適應能力對外派人員適應性有正向影響。 3.不論是中國或是東南亞結論均相同,社會網絡關係對外派人員適應性有正向影響。 4.不論是中國或是東南亞結論均相同,社會支持及配偶支持對外派人員適應性有正向影響。
The main purpose of this research was to discuss the causation for cross-cultural adaptation of expatriate employees. It chiefly focused on the “working characteristics”, “personality”, “relationship of social network”, “support” and “adaptability” of expatriate employees, to conduct deeply analysis for comparison of expatriate employees in China and East-Southern Asia. The subjects received questionnaires were expatriate employees from baseball and baseball glove manufacturers with higher human resources cost. This research delivered 250 portions of questionnaire, 197 of them recycled, after eliminating 5 incomplete questionnaires, there were total 192 valid questionnaires with a recycle rate of 76.8%. This research applied descriptive statistics, factor analysis, validity and reliability analysis and regression analysis to process the data, the results were stated as follows: 1.Regardless of China or East-Southern Asia, appropriate overseas arrangement had positive influence on adaptability of expatriate employee. 2.Regardless of China or East-Southern Asia, individual adaptability had positive influence on adaptability of expatriate employee. 3.Regardless of China or East-Southern Asia, relationship of social network had positive influence on adaptability of expatriate employee. 4.Regardless of China or East-Southern Asia, social and spouse support had positive influence on adaptability of expatriate employee.
