台灣政府積極推動高科技產業,推動至今高科技產業已成為國家經濟發展的主流之一,也是台灣貿易出口的重要項目。對企業而言,「創造價值」已從資本、設備或自然資源,轉變為透過無形的人力資源,尤其在知識密集的高科技產業,人才是企業競爭的關鍵點,在國際化的人才爭奪戰下,組織承諾對以知識工作者為主的台灣高科技產業尤其重要,因此員工在工作上的期待比起過往,考量了更多層面的滿足感,意即工作價值觀的改變會影響員工作投入程度與對組織的承諾感,由於個人價值觀的差異性,使得個人與組織之間發展出更加複雜的交織關係。 本研究以力特光電科技股份有限公司為研究對象,結果歸納如下:(1) 工作價值觀與組織承諾之間有顯著相關的假設成立;(2) 組織承諾與工作投入間有顯著相關的假設成立;(3) 工作價值觀與工作投入之間有顯著相關的假設成立。 最後,本研究希望藉此研究之結果,能提供高科技產業在人才爭奪戰下有些許建議及參考。
Taiwan government has been actively promoting high-tech industry, promote high-tech industry has become one of the mainstream of national economic development, but also an important project of Taiwan trade exports. For enterprises, "creating value" from the capital, equipment or natural resources into human resources through the invisible, especially in knowledge-intensive high-tech industry, talent is the key point of the competitiveness of enterprises, the war for talent in an international under the organization's commitment to a knowledge-based workers, high-tech industry in Taiwan is particularly important, so employees look at work than in the past, taking into consideration the greater levels of satisfaction, which means work values change will affect the Workplace investment a sense of the degree of commitment to the organization, because of personal differences in values, making the development of a more complex intertwined relationship between the individual and the organization. In this study, Optimax Technology Corporation for the study, the results are summarized as follows: There was a significant correlation between the hypothesis is true (1) work values and organizational commitment; (2) between organizational commitment and job involvement has significant assumptions related to the establishment of ; between (3) work values and job involvement significantly associated assumptions holds. Finally, the results of this research study hopes to provide the high-tech industry in the war for talent slight suggestion and reference.
