台南市發展遲緩兒童的家長對其子女轉銜服務需求與滿意度之研究

摘要


本研究主要的目的在探討台南市發展遲緩兒童的家長對其子女轉銜服務需求與滿意度。以台南市的發遲緩兒童的家長為研究對象,問卷調查147位家長,有效問卷為107份,回收率為72%。問卷資料以描述性統計、t檢定、單因子變異數分析等方式進行統計分析。綜合問卷調查結果與討論,主要發現如下: 1.家長對其子女轉銜服務的需求情形,呈現高度需求,以「協助子女入學準備」需求最高,「其他支持系統」需求程度最低。 2.家長對其子女轉銜服務的滿意度方面,有高度滿意,以「入學相關資訊之獲得」為最高滿意、但「專業團隊的介入服務」滿意度為最低。 3.家長對其子女轉銜服務的需求與滿意度之間的差異情形,在「協助子女入學準備」、「專業團隊的介入服務」,達到極顯著性差異;在「入學相關資訊之獲得」、「其他支持系統」,達到很顯著差異;但在「新安置環境之認識」未達顯著性差異。 4.「其他支持系統」需求與年齡之間有顯著差異,而「協助子女入學準備」、「入學相關資訊之獲得」、「新安置單位環境之認識」、及「專業團隊的介入服務」與家長性別、教育程度、年齡變項之間無顯著差異。 5.轉銜服務需求與「子女障礙類別」、「子女障礙程度」、「參加轉銜會議」、「國小安置地點」有顯著影響。 6.轉銜服務滿意度中,在「協助子女入學準備」、「入學相關資訊之獲得」、「新安置單位環境之認識」、及「其他支持系統」與家長「有無參加轉銜會議」有顯著差異。

The purpose of this research is in order to investigate the demand and satisfaction in using the transfer service from the kindergartens to the elementary schools in Tainan from the parents who have the kids with developmental delayed.We’d like to focus on the parents who have developmental delayed kids in Tainan. There are 147 questionnaires distributed in total and 107 effective questionnaires were taken back. The effective response rate is 72%. The methods to analysis the survey are: decimals, standard deviations, t-test and One-way ANOVA. The outcome and the discussion of the survey are shown as below: 一、The transference demand from the parents for their children is much higher. The highest item is "The readiness for helping the kids to start school”and the lowest one is“ The other supporting systems”. 二、The parents have high satisfaction on the transfer service. The highest item is ” The gain of the information about the admission of the school study”. The lowest one is “The interfering service of the professional team”. 三、Regarding the difference between the demand and the satisfaction in transfer service, there is a significant difference in “The readiness for helping the kids to start school” and “The interfering service of the professional team”. Besides, the same case also happened in “The gain of the information about the admission of the school study“and “The other supporting system”. However, it didn’t happen in” The recognition of the environment about the new placement.” 四、There is a significant difference between the demand and the age in“The other supporting system”but no significant differences between the parents’gender , education level and age in the readiness for helping the kids to start school , the gain of the information about the admission of the school study ,the recognition of the environment about the new placement and the interfering service of the professional team 五、There are significant differences in the demand of transfer services among their children’s “ disable categories”,”disable degree “, “ participating in transfer conference” and “the placement (class)to be settled in elementary school.” 六、Concerning the satisfaction in the transfer service. There are significant differences in “the readiness for helping the kids to start school”,” the gain of the information about the admission of the school study “the recognition of the environment about the new placement” and “the other supporting system”that depends on whether the parents attend the transfer conference or not.
