本研究主要是探討EMBA學員學習動機、社會支持和學習滿意度之關係。過去研究較少從社會支持觀點討論學員的學習動機和學習滿意度,事實上,EMBA學員多為企業高階層人員,為兼顧工作、家庭與來自社會各層面的期待,其社會支持程度在學習動機與學習滿意度關係中應有其作用。因此,本研究以問卷調查法配合統計分析,以便利取樣對3所大學EMBA學生發出120份問卷,回收120份,有效問卷107份,有效問卷回收率89.2%。以敘述性統計、迴歸分析及變異數分析等方法,藉此瞭解EMBA學員學習動機、社會支持與學習滿意度之關係及影響力。 研究結果顯示:1.EMBA學員的個人背景中,高階管理幹部相較於初階管理幹部有較高之學習滿意度。2.學員之學習動機對學習滿意度有顯著正向影響。3.學員之社會支持對學習滿意度有顯著正向影響。4.社會支持在學習動機影響學習滿意度時有中介作用。5.學員之學習動機對學習滿意度及社會支持對學習滿意度無聯合預測力。 本研究發現學習動機、社會支持對學習滿意度皆有顯著正向影響,因此建議學校在學程上,可安排EMBA學員能提升職場發展的科目,使學生能夠學以致用,並提升專業知識及擴展人脈。企業應鼓勵員工進修,以充實員工學識並增進企業競爭力。學員亦可多尋求家庭、同事及同學間的互相支持,以緩解學習中的壓力,提升滿習滿意達到進修之目的。
This study aims to discuss the relationship among learning motivation, social support, and learning satisfaction of EMBA learners. Past research seldom discussed learning motivation and learning satisfaction from the perspective of social support. However, most EMBA learners are high-level staff in enterprises, who has to give consideration to the expectation from job, family, and society and has the effects of social support on the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction. For this reason, questionnaire survey and statistical analysis are utilized for this study. With convenience sampling, 120 copies of questionnaires are distributed to EMBA learners in 3 universities. Total 107 valid copies are retrieved, with the effect retrieval rate 89.2%. Descriptive Statistics, Regression Analysis, and Analysis of Variance are applied to understand the relationship and the effects among learning motivation, social support, and learning satisfaction of EMBA learners. The research results reveal that 1.EMBA learners with the background of high-level managers present higher learning satisfaction than those of first-level managers, 2. Learning motivation shows significantly positive effects on learning satisfaction, 3. Learners’ social support appears remarkably positive effects on learning satisfaction, 4. Social support shows mediating effects on the relationship between learning motivation and learning satisfaction, and 5. Learning motivation and social support do not appear combined prediction power of learning satisfaction. The research findings show the notably positive effects of learning motivation and social support on learning satisfaction that universities are suggested to arrange subjects which could enhance EMBA learners’ career development in the program so that the learners could put it into practice as well as promote the professional knowledge and build up the social network. An enterprise, on the other hand, should encourage the employees for further studies so as to enrich their knowledge as well as to enhance the corporate competitiveness. Learners could seek for support from family, colleagues, and classmates in order to release the learning pressure and promote the leaning satisfaction.
