本研究屬質性研究。主在探討投資或設廠於中國大陸之台商企業對專案管理知識領域之認知與否。 本研究方法採用「深度訪談法」,而以PMI® 分會所發表之資料為訪談軸心,即「專案管理九大知識領域」-「專案整合管理」、「專案時間管理」、「專案成本管理」、「專案品質管理」、「專案風險管理」、「專案採購管理」、「專案範疇管理」、「專案溝通管理」及「專案人力資源管理」。 研究訪談時間於民國九十五年二月十七日至九十五年四月二十七日止,受訪點地含蓋江蘇省、福建省及廣東省,受訪廠商包含上海台積電等八廠家。 研究顯示在中國大陸投資或設廠之台商,在基本上,對於「專案整合管理」、「專案時間管理」、「專案成本管理」、「專案品質管理」、「專案風險管理」及「專案採購管理」之認知、理解與執行是足夠的,遠超過「專案範疇管理」、「專案溝通管理」及「專案人力資源管理」之知識領域,後三者可做為台商在往後執行專案管理之改進參考方向。 另一方面,因台商對投資或設廠於中國大陸企業之定位有所不同,及企業本身對專案管理工具之運用熟稔度與使用之頻率有所差異,此亦造成台商對專案管理知識領域有著不同程度的認知。
This is a documentation study, focus on the recognition of project management of Taiwan entrepreneurs in China. Depth interview is used for the whole structure, also it is the major method of this study, and the 9 project managements, which came from PMI® branch, are the basis of the deep interview which including integration management ,time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, purchasing management, scope management, communication management, and human resource management. The scheduled interview time was from February 17th, 2006 to April 27th, 2006, the interview range covered Kiangsu Province, Fukien Province, and Kwangtung Province, and 8 companies are interviewed including TSMC in Shanghai. The Study showed the recognition degree of Taiwan entrepreneurs to the integration management, time management, cost management, quality management, risk management, purchasing management are higher than the scope management, communication management and human resource management. The later three can be improved by Taiwan entrepreneurs in the future. On the other hand, because of the different business, different capital amount, different recognition to the project management, for the Taiwan entrepreneurs, to form the different attitude and attention in the use of project management.
