在不景氣下,企業如何建立良好的文化,及領導者是否能引導部屬與組織邁向成功之路,是現階段組織成敗的重要關鍵。故本研究探討組織文化、領導風格與組織績效之關係,以某壽險公司台南分公司的通訊處為調查對象。運用描述性分析、信度分析、One-Way ANOVA 與T檢定、Person相關分析等方法。 實證結果顯示,(1)性別與年齡對官僚型文化有顯著影響;(2)年齡對心靈鼓舞與主管賦予個別關懷有顯著影響,且教育程度對智力的啟發與心靈鼓舞有顯著影響;(3)年齡對財務績效與事業績效有顯著影響;(4)壽險公司之組織文化對於組織績效具有顯著影響;(5)壽險公司主管之領導風格對於組織績效具有顯著影響;(6)壽險公司之組織文化對於主管之領導風格具有顯著影響。
Due to the recession, corporate need to build a good culture and lead the staff and organizations towards the road of success is the organization’s successful key point of this stage. Therefore, the main purpose of this study is to investigate the relations among the organizational culture, leadership style, and organizational performance. The survey data were collected from the service office of the southern branch’s life insurance firm. Descriptive analysis, reliability analysis, One-Way ANOVA and T test, and Person correlation analysis were adopted to analyze the data. The results indicated that (1) sex and age have significant effect on bureaucratic culture; (2) age has significant effect both on inspirational motivation and individualized consideration; education has significant effect both on intellectual stimulation and inspirational motivation (3) age has significant effect both on financial performance and operational performance; (4) life insurance firm’s organizational culture has significant effect on organizational performance; (5) manager’s leadership style has significant effect on organizational performance; (6) life insurance firm’s organizational performance has significant effect on manager’s leadership style.
