組織文化與智慧資本對高科技產業新產品開發績效影響之研究-以開放式創新為中介效果驗證

摘要


在市場競爭日益激烈、顧客需求多變、技術不斷變遷、產品生命週期愈來愈短之情況下,新產品開發已是廠商間競爭的焦點,企業無不投注資源在新產品研發上,希望藉由新產品開發和上市來強化企業的生存與發展,以持續其競爭優勢。因此,本研究將透過我國表現較優越的高科技廠商,進行深入的新產品開發績效之研究,從組織文化與智慧資本等兩大構面來作較為整體性的分析,並加入開放式創新作為中介效果之驗證,探討企業若是引進開放式創新的概念及作法是否可以有效地提升新產品開發績效。根據上述動機,本研究之研究目的如下: 一、探討開放式創新於新產品開發績效中所扮演之中介角色。 二、探討組織文化與智慧資本對新產品開發績效的影響為何。 三、對於新產品開發如何從事開放式創新提出具體建言。   本研究採用問卷調查法,對象設定在台灣六大高科技產業研發部員工。總計發放問卷 300份,剔除無效問卷48份,共計回收有效問卷162份,有效問卷回收率為54%。並將回收之問卷以SPSS 18與AMOS 18進行分析,採敘述性統計、信度檢定、因素分析、路徑分析等統計方法研證研究假設,並獲得以下結論: 一、組織文化、智慧資本與開放式創新對新產品開發績效皆具有正向顯著的影響。 二、智慧資本會直接對新產品開發績效有影響,但不會透過開放式創新而間接對新產品開發績效有所影響。 三、組織文化除了會直接對新產品開發績效有影響外,亦會透過開放式創新而間接對新產品開發績效有所影響。

In today’s competitive market, not only customer needs to change, but also technology continues to change, the increasingly short product life cycle of cases, new product development is focused on the competition between manufacturers, enterprises are all betting resources in research and development of new products, hoping that the development of new products and listed to enhance enterprise's survival and development to sustain its competitive advantage. Therefore, this research will compare Taiwan’s superior high-tech manufacturers, conduct an in-depth study on performance of new product development, from organizational culture and intellectual capital these two dimensions to provide a more holistic analysis. In order to explore the enterprise introduced the concept of open innovation and practice can effectively enhance performance of new product development, the mediating effect of validation and join the open innovation will be tested. Based on the above motivations, research the purpose of the present study are as follows: A.Discuss open innovation play an intermediary role in the performance of new product development. B.Discuss organizational culture and performance impact of intellectual capital for new product development. C.For engaging in open innovation to make concrete suggestions for new product development.   This study used the questionnaire survey method, the research participants are Taiwan six major high-tech industrial development Department staff. Tthere are total of 300 questionnaired being distrubted, after discounting invalid 48 people the, total of vaild questionnaire is 162, which is approximately 54% valid questionnaires. The data analysis tool were SPSS 18 and AMOS 18 used in this study. After performing the mining and descriptive statistics, reliability test, factor analysis, path analysis, research on statistical methods and research hypothesis, the conclusions are as follow: A.Intelligent capital and open innovation, organizational culture, performance has a significant impact for new product development. B.The intellectual capital has a direct impact on the performance of new product development. However, does not open innovation play a mediation role between intellectual capital and new product development performance. C.Organizational culture has the direct impact on the performance of new product development, and also open innovationhas a mediation effect on the performance of new product development.
