我國青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害調查研究

Sporting Injure for Teenager Rugby Player Research

摘要


本研究目的在探討我國青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害。研究採用問卷調查法,研究對象為我國國中及高中橄欖球隊學生,以立意取樣的抽樣方式進行量表施測,研究工具為「我國青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害問卷」,內容包含:基本資料、運動傷害量表。所得各項資料以描述性統計、次數分配、百分比、X2考驗等方法進行分析。研究結果如下:一、我國青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害認知程度在運動傷害知識來源方面以教練傳授最多,網路最少;運動傷害防護員設置以極必要最多,不必要最少;比賽中運動傷害防護站設置以極必要最多,不必要最少;練習比賽時對本身保護設施以極必要最多,不必要最少;希望教練經常傳授運動傷害防護知識以極必要最多,不必要最少。二、我國青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害發生次數以一次最多,四次最少;運動傷害部位以頭部最多,腳掌最少;運動傷害類型以擦傷最多,割傷最少;造成運動傷害動作以拓克路最多,爭邊球最少;運動傷害發生原因以準備活動熱身不足最多,場地器材不適最少;運動傷害發生時機以帄常練習最多,賽前熱身最少;運動傷害處理方式以西醫治療最多,不理會最少;運動傷害影響時間以一週以內最多,六個月以上最少;運動傷害現況以已經痊癒最多,尚未痊癒最少。三、不同組別青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害比較在受傷部位、動作、處理方式等三項達顯著水準,其他項目則未達顯著水準;不同專長位置青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害比較只有在動作一項達顯著水準,其他項目則未達顯著水準;不同運動傷害知識教導青少年橄欖球選手運動傷害比較在全部六項中都未達顯著水準。

The purpose for this research is discussing sporting injure for teenager rugby players in Taiwan. It’s using the questionnaires. The target is from the junior high school rugby players and the high school rugby players. The tool is the damage of exercising from the teenager rugby player in our countryquestionnaires. Using the forms for measuring and it’s including the basic data and the damages of exercising. We using thedescribing statistics, dividing times, percentage, and X2tests to analyze. The result is: First. The teenager rugby player in our countrygets the most knowledge for the damages of exercising from the coach, but the least from the internet. Needing the protectors is the most, and the unnecessary is the least. Setting up the protecting stand is the most, and the unnecessary is the least. The equipment for protecting themselves during the practicing is the most, and the unnecessary is the least. Wants to get the knowledge for the damages of exercising from the coach is the most, and the unnecessary is the least. Second. The teenager rugby player in our country gets hurt once a time is the most, and four times is the least. The part for damage on the head is the most, and the foot is the least. The most type for damage is the abrasion, and the cutting is the least. The damage movement from Tackle is the most, and Line-out is the least. Not enough warm up causes the damage is the most, and the not suitable equipment is the least. The treatment for damage using western medicine is the most, and not care about it is the least. The time for damage in one week is the most, and the six months is the least. No damage of exercising now is the most, and not yet is the least. Third. Differentteenager rugby player team for damage part, movement, and the treatment get standard, but other items didn’t get standard. Different specialty position rugby player gets hurt in the movement get the most standard, but other items didn’t get standard. From different knowledge on damage of exercising teach the teenager rugby player, the damage of exercising compare to all six items didn’t get standard.
