台灣上市上櫃之觀光產業營運績效分析-資料包絡法之應用

隨著資訊交通更加便捷方便，觀光業彼此間的競爭勢必更加激烈。在此情況下，經營管理能力與經營效率之高低，將成為觀光業廠商是否獲利的關鍵。要素投入組合的配置方式與生產技術之良窳，便成為各觀光業經營上的重點。本研究擬運用DEA法衡量台灣地區上市上櫃觀光業之經營效率，進一步以Malmquist生產力指數作為衡量跨期性生產力變動來源指標，探討1997-2005年台灣地區上市上櫃觀光業生產力變化之情形。另將生產力的變動分解為技術變動與效率變動，以了解其生產力變動的決定因素，用以檢視觀光業實際管理成效與資源是否有浪費之情形。
實證結果發現，台灣上市上櫃觀光產業之平均規模效率高過0.8，表示台灣上市上櫃觀光廠商的平均規模效率皆很高；其次1997-2005年整體跨年度之生產力指數平均值為1.0617，大於1，表示觀光產業廠商致力於改善經營績效，欲求創造更大的獲利能力。

Abstract
Traffic and information of us will more and more convenient and fast in future, the competition between each other of visiting industry certainly will be fiercer. In this case, the level of managerial ability and business efficiency, it will become the key whether the manufacturer of tour industry makes a profit. Products way of factor input and quality of production technology that make up become tour industry manage main point. This research wants to use DEA law to analyze the operating performance for publicly listed tourist industry in Taiwan. This research can regard as a productivity change source indicator of stepping one with Malmquist productivity index further .Publicly listed tourist industry in Taiwan that the productivity of visiting industry of the cupboard changes in 1997-2005 for the discussion. Divide the productivity change into the efficiency change and technological change in addition, the decisive factor used for finding out about productivity change, it has situation wasted to check the actual management effect, resource of visiting industry to used for.
It can get the following conclusion: First of all, Originally discover the average scale efficiency of publicly listed tourist industry in Taiwan exceeds 0.8 ,It show average scale efficiency is very high; Secondly, the average of productivity index in 1997-2005 is (1.0617) ,It is greater than 1 . This shows that manages the performance in improvement hard of tour industry .It want to create greater earning capacity.
