高科技產業策略領導、組織創新能力與動態能力關係模式之研究–組織創新氣候節制效果之驗證

A Study of the Relationship Model among Strategic Leadership, Organizational Innovation Competence and Dynamic Capabilities for Management of Hi-Tech Industry: Organizational Innovation Atmosphere as a Moderating Variable

摘要


隨著時代變遷,環境變動劇烈,面對高度不確定之企業環境,不斷地追求進步,以順應此巨大的變化,才能在高度競爭的情勢下有生存的空間。台灣高科技產業的競爭力源自於創新能力與其動態能力。企業領導者對於企業發展策略的掌握及創新氣候的營造是高科技企業經營的關鍵要素。 本研究參考並修訂策略領導、組織創新能力、動態能力與組織創新氣候等衡量量表,針對300家台灣高科技產業廠商之主管與部屬發放問卷,採配對問卷調查,以分層立意抽樣方式發出900份問卷(主管300份,部屬600份),有效回收問卷為180份(主管60份,部屬120份),有效回收率為20%。透過敘述性統計、Person相關分析、多元迴歸分析、層級迴歸分析與LISREL等統計分析方法,以驗證本研究假設。根據分析結果歸納出本研究結論如下:1.策略領導對組織創新能力有顯著正向影響;2. 組織創新能力對動態能力有顯著正向影響;3. 策略領導對動態能力有部分顯著正向影響;4. 策略領導對動態能力的直接影響大於透過組織創新能力之中介效果;5. 組織創新氣候在策略領導與組織創新能力的關係中有部分正向節制效果。最後就本研究之結論與發現作深入討論與詮釋,將本研究之結果與建議,提供學術界及企業界作為學術研究與管理實務之參酌。

Coping with the changing times and violent environmental changes, the leaders have to change with the high degree of environmental uncertainty and continue making progress in response to intense changes for surviving in the highly competitive environment. And the study is focus on Hi-tech industries, the industries’ characteristic is the innovation competence can influence their dynamic capabilities more. Especially the property environmental is change quickly, and the market is becoming highly competitive. The new technologies were continuous improved and discovered, the leaders will determine the enterprises’ develop with their strategic chioces. The study excerpted the measuring scale on strategic leadership, organizational innovation competence, dynamic capabilities, and organizational innovation atmosphere. Also, the researcher chose 300 Hi-tech industries in Taiwan to fill questionnaires and took manager-subordinate questionnaires. After using stratified and purposive sampling, there were 120 effective questionnaires returned among 600 questionnaires distributed. The usable returned rate was 20%. The data were analyzed by a variety of statistical methods, descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation analysis, regression statistics, and LISREL. The results of this study are concluded as follows: 1. Strategic leadership has significant positive correlation on organizational innovation competence. 2. Organizational innovation competence has significant positive correlation on dynamic capabilities. 3. The strategic leadership has significant positive correlation on dynamic capabilities. 4. The strategic leadership can directly affect the dynamic capabilities not through the mediating effect of organizational innovation competence. 5. The strategic leadership and organizational innovation competence have a part moderating variable on organizational innovation atmosphere. Finally, the researcher conducted thorough analysis on the conclusion of the research and meanings of management. He also provides concrete research contributions and suggestions for industrial and academia reference.
