護理人員工作壓力與女性生殖危害探討

研究目的:護理常被視為高工作壓力的職業，因此工作壓力對女性護理人員的健康影響也引起重視，本研究目的為探討護理人員工作壓力與生殖危害之相關。
本研究為描述相關性研究。經研究對象醫院IRB通過審核後，於民國98年07月至至99年1月，以高雄市及台南縣各1所醫院的護理人員共943人為研究對象，利用結構式問卷進行調查，回收有效問卷共817份，進行分資料分析。
研究結果:本研究結果顯示，工作壓力與月經規則及痛經無顯著關係，但和流產(aOR: 1.21)有關，而壓力知覺與月經不規則(aOR: 1.09)有顯著關係，但和流產無關。整體來說，工作壓力與日常生活壓力仍普遍存在於護理行業，但無法排除壓力對生殖的危害。

Aims:
Nursing lead to a high level of stress job, therefore, the job pressure also influence on the female nursing staffs' health are more respected. The aim of this study was to explore the relatioshop between job stress and reproduction of nurses.
The research is a descriptive correlation study, approved by institutional review board (IRB) committee through the objects of study hospital. Total of 943 nursing staff was invited to pariticipate from each Kaohsiung city and Tainan County hospital since July 2009 to Jan 2010, to use structured questionnaire investigate, administration to collect, and 845 questionnaires were returned. Imcomplete questionnaire were excluded from analysis, the response rate is 86.6% (817).
Result:
This study exhibited, Job stress was not significant (p<0.05) among the nurses' menstrual cycles irregular and dysmenorrheal, but significant among the abortion. Perceived Stress Scale (PSS) was a significan among the nurses' cycles irregular (AOR: 1.09), but not significant among the abortion. Over all, job stress and daily stress are existed in nursing career, but we can’t exclude the stress effect women reproduction.
