摘 要
基於台灣特殊的歷史因素使然，台灣文學年鑑宛如埋藏土中的種子，從萌芽出土到迎接陽光展露姿態，正式為台灣文學發展紀錄各種軌跡。故本論文針對《台灣文學年鑑》的建制緣由，將之略分為外部淵源與內部因素，做為探究的主軸；再透過訪談各時期的編纂核心人物，期讓《台灣文學年鑑》建制始末與階段特色，更加地眉清目秀。

一、外部淵源：台灣文學邁入體制化的時代氛圍正是一九九Ｏ年代中期以降，由此層層爬梳各類文學史述的累積。包含：文學評論、文學史料、文學年表、文學年鑑、文學書目、大事紀要、作家作品目錄、文學史專書、台灣作家全集及各縣市文學史的出版等類別，並依其脈絡探尋《台灣文學年鑑》未建制前與之相關的台灣文學史書寫。 二、內部因素：考察台灣文學年鑑各階段特色。換言之，在十三個年度（1996-2008）的年鑑中，歷經四個不同的策劃單位，分別為：文學媒體－文訊時期、公關顧問公司－杜十三時期、學術單位－靜宜大學時期、政府部門－國立台灣文學館時期。但，正由於缺乏延續性的體例與架構規範，因而造成紛歧的現象，導致《台灣文學年鑑》現今仍無法代表完整的台灣文學史。

此外，因其編輯分屬不同單位。經由透過訪談各階段的總策劃與總編輯，如：李瑞騰、彭瑞金、鄭邦鎮與林瑞明等核心人物，論述經由國民黨執政所搭配的文訊時期，轉變由民進黨執政搭配的靜宜時期，而後由文學館自編自辦時期，歸結各時期呈顯出的差異及風格，最後並顯明《台灣文學年鑑》象徵台灣文學從民間研究走向官方體制的建制價值。

Abstract

Therefore, The thesis aims at “The Almanac of Taiwan Literature” the establishment, differentiates approximately for exterior factor with internal factor, does for the inquisition main axle; Again penetrates the interview various times to compile the key person, hoped can let “The Almanac of Taiwan Literature” The establishment and the phase characteristics, even more understood clearly.

First, exterior factor: The Taiwan literature enters into the institutionalization time background is precisely after 1990s, from this layer upon layer reviews the accumulation which various types other Taiwan literary history states. Containing: The Taiwan literature commentary, the Taiwan literature historical data, the Taiwan literature timeline, the Almanac of Taiwan Literature, the Taiwan literature booklist, the Taiwan important matter summary, the Taiwan writer work table of contents, the Taiwan history of literature work, the Taiwan writer complete works and various counties city history of literature publication of the same kind leaves, and seeks “The Almanac of Taiwan Literature” before the birth, with it correlation Taiwan history of literature writing.

Second, internal factor: Inspection “The Almanac of Taiwan Literature” in establishment process various stages characteristic. In other words, in 13 years (1996-2008) “The Almanac of Taiwan Literature”, has been through repeatedly four different plan units, respectively is: Literature media - wenhsun（文訊）time, public relations consultant firm - She-Sun Do（杜十三）time, academic unit - Providence University（靜宜大學）time, government department - National Museum of Taiwan Literature time. But, because just lacks the continuous style and the construction standard, thus creates the chaotic phenomenon, caused “The Almanac of Taiwan Literature” nowadays still to be unable to represent the integrity the Taiwan literary history .

Moreover, because edits each one to belong to the different unit separately.
Therefore, must have to penetrate the interview various stages the total plan and editor-in-chief, for example: Jui-Teng Lee（李瑞騰）, Jui-Chin Peng（彭瑞金）, Pang-Chen Cheng（鄭邦鎮）, and Juei-Ming Lin（林瑞明）and others, Elaboration wenhsun time which matches by way of the Kuomintang (KMT) being in power, transforms by Democratic Progressive Party（DPP）ruling matching Providence University time, afterwards, from arranges by National Museum of Taiwan Literature manages oneself the time, induces four times,“The Almanac of Taiwan Literature appears each kind of sound, Finally, and reveals“ The Almanac of Taiwan Literature” the symbol Taiwan literature to advance to the government official institution suddenly from the folk research the establishment value.
