本研究主要目的是瞭解早期療育社會工作者參與療育專業團隊與不同領域成員一起為發展遲緩兒童及其家長服務時,彼此溝通過程中會出現的情況,和採用不同溝通媒介與溝通類型,其使用感受與看法,以及可能影響早期療育社會工作者與其他成員間之溝通效能之因素。研究方法選擇上採取質性研究的深度訪談方法,依據研究者所自編的半結構式訪談大綱與受訪者進行訪談,共訪談9位早期療育社會工作者,做為主要資料分析來源。 主要研究結果分為四個部份: 本研究第一個結果討論到早期療育社會工作者會與任一領域專業成員在溝通上出現困境,只是產生的問題類型不同,仍要持續的交換意見和分享想法;第二則提到每位專業團隊的成員對於溝通型態的定義和感受都不一樣,不斷在磨合與嘗試,尋找適合團隊目標及特性的溝通模式;接著第三個為溝通媒介會互相運用搭配,主要仍是以面對面溝通為最佳的訊息傳達方式,並輔以電話溝通和電子郵件溝通;最後第四個是早期療育社會工作者和其他成員有三項溝通障礙,皆源自於個人的溝通態度與習慣問題,社會工作者要發揮角色功能。 根據以上結果,研究者提出以下建議: 一、建立即時視訊等相關系統設備,發揮面對面溝通優勢 二、主管應為專業成員間之溝通橋梁,並提供暢通的溝通管道 三、做好事前溝通的準備 四、培養成員間各專業的基本概念及技巧
The purpose of this research is firstly to understand the situation between early intervention social workers and the other members of different field of this professional intervention team work when they service development delayed children and their parents. Secondly we want to understand their feeling and viewpoints, when they use different communication media and types. And the last to understand other factor which may have influence to the communication effect between early intervention social workers and the other members. Adopt deep interview of qualitative research as research methods, interviewed 9 early intervention social workers with semi-structure interview outline drawn by the researcher as the main analyzing data The main research results are separate into four parts: The first result mentioned that the difficult communication of early intervention social workers with the other professional in any field cause different type of question, but they still need to change and share opinion; Second , each member in the professional team work had different definition and feeling about the communication type, so they were look for and trying to find one communication type which can match the team target and characteristic; Third , apply and collocation different communication media ; face-to-face communication was the best way to convey message and assisted with telephone and emails; Finally, above three communication obstacles that early intervention social workers and other members had were derived from personal communicating attitude and habit, social worker is a key role in the communication. According to above results, researcher proposes following advice: I. Establish real-time telecom system and to develop advantage of face-to-face communication. II. The supervisor should be responsible for bridging the professional members and providing smooth communication channel. III. Have a good prior communication. IV. Each member working for the professional team work should learn basic professional knowledge and technology.
